## What is Purcam?

Purcam is a slow AI camera for photos worth keeping.
New users receive 6 trial credits for 2K AI-created photos. After the trial credits are used, creating additional AI photos requires the separate in-app purchase of consumable 2K or 4K film roll credits.
It is not a beauty camera or a simple filter app. After you press the shutter, Purcam sends your photo into an AI creation process, where the image is reviewed like a photographer would: composition, lighting, color, portrait posture, texture, and distracting details are refined to create a more natural and memorable final photo.
In Purcam, waiting is part of the experience.
Each shot feels like loading a roll of film. Your photo is not finished instantly. It enters an AI creation queue, becomes a finished image after professional refinement, and can be viewed in your private Purcam gallery. You can wait on the creation page or return to the camera and keep shooting.
