## What is Purchasing Assistant Temia?

Purchasing Assistant keeps track of everything you buy – for your business, your workshop, your office or at home. Purchases, items, suppliers and consumption in one app, now also on iPhone and iPad. No account and no cloud: all data stays on your device.

PURCHASES
• Supplier, contact person, delivery and billing address, order date, order channel, assignee and type of purchase
• Order items with quantity, unit and price – the supplier's price list suggests the price, new prices go into the price list
• Conditions in one place: shipping, payment method and discount (percent or amount)
• Net, VAT and gross per item and in total
• Status with colour and full history; “completed” is suggested once everything is paid and consumed
• Goods receipt: “delivered on” – items not yet delivered appear as “on order”
• Due date and paid on, with a list of open payments
• Purchase order to the supplier as a PDF – share it or send it by e-mail to the contact person
• Repeat a purchase with one tap, rate it, add receipts and photos

ITEMS AND STOCK
• Categories and subcategories, unit, item number, barcode and photos
• Stock at a glance: bought, consumed, remaining, minimum stock – with a traffic light
• Price comparison by net price per unit across all suppliers, cheapest supplier marked, outdated prices greyed out
• Price history as a chart
• Below minimum stock: reorder creates one purchase per supplier with the missing quantities
• Scan barcodes with the camera – for order items, consumption and the item search

SUPPLIERS
• Contact persons with call, message and e-mail
• Addresses, shipping and payment conditions, discounts
• Product range with price list and the supplier's own item numbers
• All purchases of a supplier with totals, rating from your purchases

CONSUMPTION
• Book purchased goods to projects, departments or any purpose you like – also in partial quantities
• Change or delete a booking and the quantity goes back to the order item
• “Not consumed” shows what is still in stock

REPORTS
• Spending by month, supplier, category and consumption
• Order items with totals, statistics and monthly trends
• CSV export and print or PDF for every list

PRACTICAL AND PRIVATE
• Data sheets for purchases, items and suppliers as PDF
• CSV import of items and suppliers, custom fields with your own labels
• Backup to a file, app lock with Face ID
• No sign-up, no subscription, no ads, no tracking
• English, German, Russian, French, Spanish and Italian
