The selection of perfumes for women needs a serious upgrade, especially considering the high prices you charge. The men's cologne section does a great job, but the women's products require significant improvement. Please do better. ### 2/5 — App issues *2026-04-15, version 9.0* I really love using this app but for some reason now it won’t open. I enter my login credentials but when I push enter it just freezes and doesn’t open. I have to go and use it in the web browser. Makes me sad. However , their customer service representatives are all over the place. They all say something different the times I’ve had to call . One representative says one thing another will say something else . It’s very frustrating. I called to simply ask why I keep getting asked to update my phone number which hasn’t changed since I had a phone . The representative told me two different things . First she said I have 2 different accounts because my name changed . She then said it takes years to update my information . Then she said she needs to merge the accounts . They are based out of India, and the “customer service” number you call is just side help, they have no ability to help you nor change your order as they read from a script. To be honest haven’t had any major issue with them as of yet but I read some nasty crazy reviews here and on their app.. Hopefully they get it together and get better, more capable customer service.. I know I’ve been a customer at least 10 years. Out of the blue about 2 years ago I haven’t been able to purchase anything. I upgraded my phone and ever since then when I go to upload docs it says try again later. I usually use this for my Christmas gifts. Now I haven’t been able to do as much for my family bc I’m unable to use and customer service… a Joke. They all give me the same run around answer or tell me they’re reaching out to back office and no one acts like they can help me place the order due to “security”… like it’s clearly me ordering if I have to upload a copy of my LES allotment set up who else has access?! That has been my biggest issue and the site used to be so great and easy to use. They need to tighten up but allow at least customer service to assist with placing orders it’s ridiculous!!! ### 1/5 — False advertisement *2025-10-03, version 8.3* I get very irritated with this company. They send me emails for promo codes or giveaways, but when I go to it, it sends me to a page that says it does not work or it’ll say the promo codes is invalid. As if the stuff already isn’t double and triple the retail price. Customer service is also horrible. They don’t know what they’re talking about half the time. It’s really annoying, and the false advertisement is old. I definitely have screenshots of emails and each time I’ve used one of their useless codes. Do better P.P!! ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-09-19, version 8.3* The app will only work for short periods of time because its hogging cpu based on poor design. And then with this latest release, the site’s search is no longer functioning as expected and large selections of merchandise (apparel) is missing despite having a sale on the main page. How is this an approved app by Apple and supported a company by corporations for their employees?! ### 2/5 — Was awesome *2025-09-17, version 8.3* Used to love it, since the update half the photos don't load so you can't even see what the furniture looks like. Reached out to support and they told me to try using web browser or the app, like I already wasn't? I said I was I installed reinstalled had other coworkers try, they're having the same issue. She says okay have a nice day. So support is useless. Went shopping elsewhere. ### 1/5 — iPhone Locked *2025-09-03, version 8.2* Bought a iPhone and it said unlocked. Called purchasing power and the warranty because when I received the phone it was locked. They pretty much told me I’m stuck with the phone. Smh $1500 gone because they never unlocked the phone. ### 1/5 — LIARS & A WASTE OF TIME *2025-08-21, version 8.2* I spent almost a month on an order to get completed just for them to need some extra info 2 weeks in AND THEN after providing the info I was told my order would be processed & AFTER THAT they lowered my limit & cancelled my order saying my limit exceeded my order amount. Mind you THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY FIRST AND ONLY ORDER!!! This lying, fake, absolutely snarky, rude company is by far the one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. Their practices are like that of a slithering snake. You’re better off going to Best Buy for better pricing. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS & TIME WASTERS!!!! ### 4/5 — Needs product ratings & easier filters *2025-08-19, version 8.2* This app is ok but could really use more filter options to search through items. Also would be great if there was an internet ratings reference to have a better idea of how good products are, & lastly could really use some AI or customer Q & A like amazon has. Lowest graded hotel possible is who you will stay with, as well as flight. Beware the $500 fee for booking a flight, on top of the already marked up low budget airline. I would recommend anyone use this app/company/source. If you have to use purchasing power then maybe you just don’t need it at the moment. I had to put it together, fine. What’s not fine is the instructions clearly shown that there were screw holes on the bed, where the boards went. There were none. I had to drill my own. I also had to drill extra holes for more screws as I was putting it together. The workers they have for this are incompetent and pathetic! Total waste of money. I won’t be ordering from them ever again! They can’t even make sure everything is in order for the customer to assembly the product before they send it! Personally, all my purchases have been top notch and the way payment plans are set up, it works for me. The products I have received from jewelry to ATVs have been top quality and have been shipped at a perfect time. Altho some of the prices are alil high -AS EXPECTED, this really come in handy every year when I need xtra Christmas items, or birthday presents when I’m broke and needing something on the spot!
