The only good thing is it tries to get the person on your website to fill out at least a contact request. This service goes not offer a desktop app. This app is okay, have flaws such as the logout issue, can’t access the canned messages quickly, you don’t have all settings you have on the web version. It always logs out and there’s no way to save the login information so once it’s logged out automatically, I have to remember my password and log in before I’m able to respond to anyone. I also find it ironic that the chat service on their own service is not attended to, and is unresponsive when I leave a message 👎🤣 Way to represent the use of chat services. It’s very laggy, both from phone and desktop. Seems to be a consistent delay in all chats, making new think it’s either a built in or buggy delay. So a chat that should take 2/3 minutes usually takes 10. It’s so consistent, I don’t think it’s me or the customer. The chat window often isn't visible on iPad, especially in landscape orientation so you can't actually see what you're typing in. Also in this latest update the menu icon at the top left disappears after ending a chat so it's hard to get to other sections quickly.
