Won’t let go in the app and it use to to open up and now it doesn’t want to open up to get in

Used to work great. I love the station. But now it won’t recognize any kind of internet connection, be it Wi-Fi or service provider. And yes, I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried restarting my phone.
