It overall good for what its designed to do but it lacks things that would be useful eg it would be great to see the app be merged to apple watch so you can look at your watch instead of your phone

The app is basic but does what it needs to do unfortunately it doesn’t seem to allow you to change KPH to MPH as it doesn’t matter what you select it never changes the scooter from kilometres

I find it hard to comprehend that you spend over £400 on the pure air 4 scooter thats just come out with no app support, why would you release it before the apps ready ? Baffles me, might return it tbh, i think it has locked the scooter which is now not usable until the app is updated, very angry, what a stupid situation.

Pointless app when it does not have all the latest scooters on it. Been told for months now that it’s being updated and released next week. 3 months later still waiting.

Why is this App still listed in the store. Pure’s own support staff acknowledge it’s not possible to sign into this app so it’s offensive they have the audacity to keep it live on the store. It should be removed until they fix it but until then don’t waste your time buying their products or downloading this app because it doesn’t function

Waste of time… Do not even attempt to connect your scooter if you wanting to use it. 
I brought Pure Advance over the festive period which was working fine, downloaded app tries to connect & now it has locked my scooter & the battery meter is flashing as if it were charging without it being on charge. Idiots.

Does what is says on the tin. BUT could be so much better. For example, trip data, battery charger push alert, map, etc. as a result, tend not to use it in favour of other apps out there.

I feel sorry for the dev who made this app because they wasted their time. 

If you have the scooter on and look at the app it doesn't tell you all that much more than the in scooter display does and if the scooter is off the app doesn't work at all. 

Another useless feature: in app scooter locking. Why? If you use it you can't turn the scooter off. When the scooter is off you can't use it. Why does it exist? Who is going to leave their scooter on and locked? If it's on I'm with it. If its off I've either locked it away or locked it to something with a D lock. 

This app needs to be rebuilt. Make it useful.

Tried to update the scooter but the app crashed mid way through and now I’m stuck with a scooter that does not turn off, it also does not work.. can’t ride it or anything
Also if you log out and try and log back in it does not let you, Keeps asking for registration and doesn’t recognise existing email

When are you going to update this app and add the pure air 4 e scooter to it? Seems pretty pointless having this app if it’s not maintained and updated. There’s some useful features and information which can only be accessed via this app so surely it requires an update in order to keep up with your own new products

Blue tooth... turn on light from phone... battery percentage and range remaining should be useful but are completely fictitious... can “lock” from phone which locks front wheel a bit

4/5 such a amazing app for me to lock my scooter, change the mph/kmh and all other things but all it needs is that I think you should put on cruise control on the scooters because every time I use my scooter my thumb hurts after pressing the acceleration button for hours and I think the people that use this app would really love having the cruise control mode but so far I love this app!

You guys need to add a cruise control & track and trace feature aswell as a reward system on the app were you collect miles and redeem them for an reward and a leaderboard to see who got the most miles let’s call it (Pure Miles) it would make a big difference.
PLEASE ADD FEATURE!!!

Very basic. Nice to have but it could be so much better. It would seem a pretty straight forward bit of programming to add features such as trip distance, total distance, average speed, journey time etc, etc. Time to do it!

It’s an okay app… it does the job when you are on the scooter so you can keep track of how many miles left.
However it would be great to
1) show how many miles you’ve completed on the scooter
2) able to access this information even when the scooters off.
3) create a community part, just like Xaomi …
My friend can track his trips ridden on the app, he can access it and also see how many miles he’s completed, WITHOUT having to turn the scooter on.

If I want to check anything e.g how many miles left, or how much battery left since last on… that’d be great. Then when I turn it back on, it’ll update.

listen to the users - as currently this app is lagging behind, even though the scooter is great.

Previously had a m365 pro, and the Xiaomi mi app has loads more features, some of which are basic needs like the ability to adjust the regenerative breaking level, set cruise mode, set sports, normal or battery saver mode etc. No such functions on this app. The scooter is good but Pure need to catch up on features especially on the app.

There really isn't much value to this app, other than locking and unlocking the scooter.  Because the life of the battery can be maximised by not overcharging, it would be good if we could get alerted when the battery is fully charged.
