As soon as I signed up for a free trial I was immediately issued with 2 x invoices totalling £36.98

I had to contact customer services to address this as I certainly hadn’t agreed to these payments.

And £36.98 is a high price to pay monthly for such a poor app. 

Be careful…don’t loose money to these companies.

Keeps crashing. Need to delete and redownload the app to make it work again. Quite annoying as I relay on this app for my classes

This app updated and I could not access the music I purchased for my Halloween class ( I had other music) the app is now a subscription app!!! Although the support team got back to me within 15 mins, it would be nice to be told we have to switch apps! So for those who are panicking.. download PE play your music will be there!

Sometimes use App on an old iPad Air 2 as I stream from my iPhone.
Music switches off when the iPad screen turns off (standby mode).
Could do with track selection being add.
But, love pitch control.

It’s a great way of playing Pure Energy music in fitness classes from a device, you can select and play your albums and change the tempo.

The team at Pure Energy Fitness Music are really helpful in their Facebook Group and are advising of updates and improvements that are coming with the app, it’s being developed constantly!
