Obviously I know the correct email address and password since I can log on, but the app says either the email or password is wrong. When I click on “forgot password”, the promised email to reset the password never arrives. Very disappointing. ### 5/5 — FABULOUS *2024-04-10* I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GYM!!! Why 2 apps?! *2024-01-25* I’m an American living in UK but I have a dual sim phone using US App Store primarily. Why is your app only UK based? I downloaded the US version thinking I could have access to the benefits but it’s not universal. It’s just an extra step I need to take to log into my account on the internet. I feel like I’m losing out on a lot of the benefits to having a PureGym membership. It’s so frustrating!!! ### 2/5 — Developers *2024-01-21* 1. Please create a widget for the QR code… have it updated how every times it’s used or something maybe a link in the Apple wallet 2.the widget should have an update on how many people or how active at the my designated location 3.If I want to cancel my subscription I shouldn’t have to go on a scavenger hunt… I get you want you retention rate up but you should leave that up to you quality of service rather than hide behind links, requests, etc 4. To keep your retention if someone has the off peak time subscription maybe there should be a notification system that is adjustable to each person liking like a max of 20 people in I get a notification. It’s unbelievable that it’s the only source of communication. This customer service experience has been the worst for any gym that I’ve tried to join! ### 1/5 — US only….? *2024-01-07* PureGym is very popular in the UK where I do spend a significant amount of time. I find it rather bizarre how they have a UK that is only available in the UK AppStore. …so you never have foreigners that use your day passes or monthly memberships (since you can by in full upfront by card for 3-6 months if you don’t have a UK bank account)?? Because of this I have actually had to use my second phone (which has my old UK account) to download the app and I have to carry two phones with me to the gym. Makes total sense! The gyms itself are fine. The UK app is quite good since it has decent workouts for newbies.
