## What is Pure Focus Program?

Pure Focus is the companion app for clients of Pure Focus health and performance coaching. It puts your whole programme in one place: your daily system, your meals, your training, your recovery data, and a direct line to your coach.

This app is for existing Pure Focus coaching members. You need an active coaching account to log in.

See your day as one clear timeline. Wake-up, training, meals, focus blocks and wind-down, each timed and in order, built around how you actually live.

TRAINING THAT ADAPTS
Follow the exact program your coach built for you. Video cues on every exercise, set-by-set logging, and progress that carries from week to week.
