I have finally found it. Most apps repeat nature sounds in short sound bites, 15 seconds long if you are lucky. This one combines exquisite recording with patience to capture up to ten minutes of immersive listening per soundscape which will play continuously if desired. It also features albums of related soundscapes that can ease you into your day or provide the deep focus required for work. I strongly recommend this app to anyone interested in carrying nature in their pocket. I love that new stuff is being added regularly now, and being able to change the sound settings so the treble of the high bird calls doesn’t hurt my ears. And the descriptions perfectly match what you’re hearing, so you feel like you “know” the area. I turn this one anytime I’m feeling anxious and IMMEDIATELY relax some. So sind es für mich nicht reine Naturklänge! When I got a new one and started the song I enjoy, it keeps playing all the rest in the album even though I'd not selected them to play. Sure, they are nice, but not what I am wanting to listen to. I'm happy to listen to the same 10 minutes over and over, not excited with this new, much less desirable design. I don't comprehend an app that has a repeat setting that doesn't, a timer that counts down for hours after the one track on loop stops. You tanked a decent app. Added: after using the more recent version of the app, it won't be my go to any more. I uninstalled and reinstalled because it won't play just the track I chose. It has become pretty disturbingly bad. The sound is amazing, but the app became pointless for my purpose.
