When you tell them why this happend, they will make excuses and say their transaction system is the problem and when you ask for a refund they will say it will take a month to refund you. But that was also not true its been 3 months since i asked for a refund they didn’t refunded. It’s past a year now and they have NOT refunded a single dinar to any customer. They closed off the comment sections on their public accounts and cut off every way to access customer support.
