Tried several times. ### 3/5 — App failed and then my account got erased *2024-01-04* I used this app regularly without much issue. It was always kind of slow but worked decently. I had earned over 900 rewards points and then the app just stopped working. It would never load the order tab so I couldn’t place any orders. I tried repeatedly for weeks. I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that fixed it. Now when I try to log in, it says “unknown merchant” and won't recognize my email. And yes, I am using the right email.
