I downloaded app, and tried to sign up but it says unknown merchant after filling in all information. Tried several times.

I used this app regularly without much issue. It was always kind of slow but worked decently. I had earned over 900 rewards points and then the app just stopped working. It would never load the order tab so I couldn’t place any orders. I tried repeatedly for weeks. I finally decided to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that fixed it. Now when I try to log in, it says “unknown merchant” and won't recognize my email. And yes, I am using the right email. So I guess I lost all my points and account which is pretty upsetting.

App was very straightforward and easy to navigate. Had no issues applying promotions, checkout was a breeze, and it updated the status giving a notification when the food was ready. Overall a simple app and easy checkout process!
