Please check it out. ### 3/5 — Saving presets excludes key feature! *2024-10-25* Saving presets is NOT saving Morph Point configuration. Other than this bug, this piano is great. **Developer response:** We just released version 3.1.7 which fixes the issue. ### 3/5 — Intimate mit Pedal leider unbrauchbar unnatürlicher Klang *2024-01-29* An sich schöner Klang aber beim Intimate Setting klingt es extrem unnatürlich wenn man das haltepedal drückt. Damit wird dieser Klang leider unbrauchbar :( bitte per Update nachbessern, dass sich nicht komplett der Raum ändert und die gesamte klangcharakteristik sobald man dort das Pedal drückt. Deswegen hab ich mir das Plugin eigentlich gekauft… Ist das möglich? Vielen Dank :) **Developer response:** Edit: Mit dem kostenlosen Update auf Version 3.0 (Sympathetic Resonance) haben wir den Effekt etwas abgemildert. Schon mal ausprobiert? Ursprüngliche Antwort: Vielen Dank für das Review!  Natürlich sind Sounddesign-Entscheidungen immer eine Frage des persönlichen Geschmacks. In der Intimate-Ecke wollten wir ein wenig "mit dem Kopf in das Klavier eintauchen" :) Wir hören uns das aber noch einmal genau an und schwächen den Effekt mit dem nächsten Update vielleicht etwas ab. ### 3/5 — Polyphony Cuts Out Randomly *2023-09-28* Using this as a live piece is apparently a no go. Audio randomly cuts out from the previous note which means it has the same polyphony problems as other less expensive plugins. A bit if a disappointment considering its cost and how good it sounds when it is functional. **Developer response:** Thanks for your review. The problems you describe seem to be related to the settings. Both Pure Upright and Pure Piano use active "Liquid Morph" as the default setting. What it means is, that a held chord can be morphed in sound on the Morph Pad. This feature needs quite a lot of voices in the background to work and maybe you don’t need it at all. If you deactivate “Liquid Morph” in the settings, you should get a higher polyphony. Held notes will no longer morph, but all newly triggered ones do anyway. Additionally, you should take a look at the "Voice Mode" setting. Since you have a powerful device, you can set it to "Max". But I find that I’m scratching my head over the stereo imaging. Just playing the C notes on an 88 note keyboard, I found the following; C0 & C1 - slightly right C2 - less right C3 - slightly right C4 - central C5 - noticeable left C6 - noticeably right This is not only how I perceive them, relatively, in my headphones, but also in an audio analyser.; the difference between C5 & C6 really stands out. I’m not sure quite what to make of this. It’s clearly a different sound from either stereo channel, but the stereo balance across the keyboard is noticeably different from other piano apps on my iPad. ### 4/5 — A little bit work for the virtual Pianotuner *2022-08-06* Very nice, but in the second treble octave there is a need for improvement in the intonation, the piano tuner has to do it again, dear beta testers: G#'' clatters (no optimal loop) A'' is very prominent, B is too dull, from B'' on everything is OK again. **Developer response:** Hi, Thanks for your feedback. It will be passed onto the product team for their consideration. ### 5/5 — Gorgeous and now with Sympathetic Resonance! *2024-03-14* I’ve probably got around 60 pianos in my iPad, some as apps, some within apps. The piano is my audio holy grail. This is exceptional in my opinion and worth ever penny. The layers blend seamlessly. The versatility is brilliant, it’s like having several piano’s. I work better on uprights and this has enough character to create rich harmonics whilst being clean enough to work well across many styles. And now they’ve added Sympathetic Resonance it’s a stunner Fantastic. ### 5/5 — Nach wie vor ein tolles IOS Piano *2024-03-14* Endlich Saitenresonanzen und Stumm Taste. Perfekt. Allerdings muss man fairerweise zugeben, dass das Pianoteq Piano schon eine echte Alternative ist. Auch hier gibt es ein Upright. Allerdings muss man konstatieren, dass die Authentizität dieses Pianos immer noch sehr viel realistischer ist als bei Pianoteq. Ich habe beide, also dieses Piano und Pianoteq, beide sind großartig. Pianoteq braucht nicht über 1 GB vom Handy. Trotzdem wirklich cool, dass man mittlerweile mit dem IPad so einen Sound heute hinbekommt. Absolutely love the way this plays ### 5/5 — Mein Klavier Favorit! *2023-05-10* Ich habe viele Upright Pianos für iOS getestet. Die meisten sind leider eher ein Spielzeug, total verstimmte Instrumente oder liebloses Sampling. Ich finde es großartig was der Entwickler hier an Arbeit geleistet hat. Erst hatte ich das Plugin wieder beiseite gelegt da mir die Durchsetzungsfähigkeit in den Höhen gefehlt hat, nachdem ich aber das Preset ‚bright’ gefunden habe ist es mein GoTo Sound geworden. Die Morph Funktion habe ich grundsätzlich ausgeschaltet ich weiß nicht was das soll ich konzentriere mich lieber auf das Spielen mit der Tastatur als auf Rumwischen auf dem iPad. Sound und Dynamik sind exzellent und inspirierend! ### 5/5 — Klanglich das beste Upright *2022-09-02* Traumhafter Sound, sehr gute Dynamik. Lovely sounds, clever and intuitive control surface, in-built fx, AU3 and the ability to blend modes in unique ways. From that perspective it is a 5 star app. But I must question the price point. Okay, no one is being forced to buy anything, but the world economy is on its knees. The intro price of almost £13 in the UK should have been the full price, IMHO. I believe that selling this app at almost £26 will prove more difficult in a market where most potential customers already have superb piano apps. Including Pure Piano (the developers first IOS app). Ideally, this would have been a reasonably priced IAP for that earlier app, with more to come. ### 5/5 — I know these guys *2022-08-04* And I know you won’t regret your purchase. That being said… this is “NOT” iOS 13 compatible, you tricked me there! I can’t download on my 13.7 iPad. You need at least iOS 14. Anyway, lucky for me I have another device with the proper iOS so I can use that for now.
