Before we can have a listing of booked and past classes now we only have the calendar option and we need to click on individual date to check the classes. The app gets worse with each update. Not sure what they are thinking. ### 1/5 — Does not connect *2024-10-31, version 3.3.13* The app never loads or only loads after timing out. The precious tiny screen space is 90% taken up by efforts to encourage more spending at the expense of user sensibilities. For one, you see the dates but not the days of your bookings; you have to keep going back to tap on each day instead of the smooth continuous scroll-thru of the previous version - highly stupid; there’s a ton of repeated information on the booking page of EVERY SINGLE DAY - why?? There’s all these unnecessary frills like fitness goals which is used by at most 1% of members. The design is very poor - everything is fighting for your attention rather than highlighting the truly important aspects. Classes are harder to find and look at in an organized fashion. Sometimes less is more when it comes to functional design. Gave feedback and after 1 month , issue still not fixed. At first it doesn’t display the number of sessions left, after they “corrected “ it, worse! Showing I have 0/20 sessions when I just got a new package. Don’t understand why need to enlarge the instructors’ photo so much that the class description cannot be displayed in full. Just bring back the old version which was working fine. How can management think that this is an upgrade for the new year? Choosing multiple clubs to check the schedule is not a problem. But I’m able to book my yoga classes, waitlist and cancel. I can use the QR code to check in at the gym and for classes easily, though I wish it loaded the code a bit faster. Also, I wish you could choose more than 5 locations when selecting classes.
