## What is PureBite?

Stick to intermittent fasting — see where you are in your fast at a glance, and know what to cook when your window opens.

PureBite is a fasting tracker with a live timer, fasting stages, and recipes built for breaking a fast. Pick a plan like 16:8, start a fast, and follow it from your Lock Screen. When it's time to eat, open quick, high-protein recipes and add ingredients to your shopping list — without turning this into a calorie counter.

WHAT YOU GET

• Fasting timer — elapsed time, time to your goal, and your eating window
• Lock Screen, Home Screen & Dynamic Island — widgets and a Live Activity show your fast, its current stage, and when the next one starts
• Fasting stages — what's typically happening at 4, 12, 16, and 24 hours, with Learn articles that cite their sources
• Plans that fit real life — 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, and on Plus: 18:6, 20:4, OMAD, alternate-day, custom schedules, and extended fasts up to 72 hours and beyond with a safety check and medical-supervision confirmation
• Ramadan mode — fast from your local Fajr to Maghrib with suhoor and iftar reminders, using your location or a city you pick
• Reminders — start and end alerts after you choose to enable them
• History, streaks & mood check-ins — see your fasts and how you felt; your mood and notes stay private
• Eating-window recipes — ideas for breaking a fast, with save and shopping list

PUREBITE PLUS

Plus unlocks advanced and custom plans, step-by-step instructions for every recipe (one recipe is free each day), cooking with what's in your fridge, and unlimited saves. Plus is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage them in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

NOT A MEDICAL APP

PureBite does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or treat disease. Intermittent fasting is not right for everyone. Talk to a doctor before changing how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, have a history of eating disorders, take medication, or manage a medical condition.
