You can only use the app during store hours which is a farcical idea in the 24/7 online world ! Won’t recommend to use online apps. *2021-02-18, version 2.0.5* I decided to Install the apps for me to purchase via online pick up good for my family , Placing order online - First impression - I don’t recommend this apps nor placing order at all. Slow when viewing each category /Items . Most of the stuff I ordered didn’t say OUT OF STOCK OR NOT AVAILABLE . I was just notified after I arrived at the store to pick up the goods. I’ve finalised payments but wasn’t get a phone call nor email that the item we wanted were not available . But yet still showing at the website . Very lack of communication , slow process especially picking up goods . (CAVITE BRANCH) PS: At least if an item is not available pls just have an substitute button . !! ### 1/5 — Incompetent App *2021-01-18, version 2.0.5* Lets you complete your order without paying it first via my selected method of payment. I tried to contact there “Ask Sally” online help desk but it’s been 48 hours and counting no response at all. Customer service personnel sent me an sms asking if I wanna go on with my online order consisting of 50+ items and almost half of it was out of stock. Clearly there online stock system is not regularly updated and will just leave customers frustrated, Therefore Puregold App is incompetent and not yet ready to provide even the basic online shopping convenience experience. And all the prices are higher than the popular competitors on the market, Which clearly contradicts there “maka masa” image. ### 1/5 — App no longer reliable *2021-01-10* I used the app twice before the holidays and its working fine though I just need to be a little patient since everyone seemed to be online. Holiday rush. The week of Christmas up until now (even after the upgrade), I cant seem to open up the app, if I was able to I cant see the pictures flashing at the top of the screen. Sally Deals are not even showing. The farthest that I was able to reach, if I was lucky, was up until my address. Error message: Request Timed out. At times, I cant even use the buttons/icons at the bottom. I tried to access the app different Times during the day & same result. I tried to access the app thru Gcash and I was able to do my shopping with a concierge fee. Before there wasnt any fee. I’ve attempted 3 times with the codes they send to my mobile and it keeps saying it’s incorrect. Need some improvement in searching tab to make it more easy in finding specific item. And the quantity choices for fruits…other than that…it works good and pretty helpful and useful. *GMA Cavite and Silang Cavite Branch, please be fair when choosing and packing fresh products for pick up or delivery because they usually give the dried or old stock one. ### 5/5 — Very useful and timely in this pandemic *2020-11-29, version 2.0.3* Smooth transaction experience. The app is easy to use. They keep you posted with the status of your order. They have someone who’s in charge to send you a message if some items are not available and you can just message them if you want to replace it. The procedure is organized. You can tell if your order has been updated thru the transaction number. Very useful and timely app in this pandemic. ### 3/5 — The App is ok *2021-03-25, version 2.0.9* I live abroad and I use this to order food for my family. Payment - Place order doesn’t mean you have to pay the order straight away. Even if I order at 0600hrs, you have to wait for two days for the order to move from ORDER PROCESSING to PAYMENT (no matter what your payment method - and there’s always a “out of stock” item in the end esp meat/poultry, fruit & vege so be mindful. Sometime I place an order to some item as I am just curious if it will be available! 😂 Other than that, the app does the job and has been working fine this week compared to the previous week, nakakatulog ak sa pag antay (seriously) na ma-add sa cart ang item! 😂 ### 2/5 — Temperamental and slow *2025-11-26, version 3.0.42* Although the idea is good.
