It needs extensive amount of work done, i’m not sure as to how it even has 4 stars. The app needs a better design, better controls, more accurate display of information (payment history, balance due, etc), amongst other things. I didn’t even have to bring my phone with me. I was charged money from my account without a clear explanation. When I tried to get help, the customer service did not give me a clear answer. I had to figure it out on my own. I would recommend others to be careful with automatic payments and billing ### 1/5 — Subscription *2026-06-01, version 109.93.1* No matter which option you will choose they will always will find an option to steal money from you, first you will have a registration fee, then all of sudden you will have a 60$ annual maintenance fee???? If you want to rip people off just say at the beginning, you have to pay 50$ a month and people will see if they want to join or not, why first make people join then after that introduce fees after they have already have paid a registration fee, this means that you can’t cancel membership because if you want to rejoin you have to pay once more for registration. Comical amount of imbalance with cardio machines compared to actual weight training equipment. Everything was in use and required waiting around. The app itself is extremely annoying to navigate. It will let you add gyms to your clubs but then you arrive and find out you can’t get in, even though your subscription says it covers all eligible gyms. There’s 0 indication of which gyms you’ll be allowed into, leaving you with a not so fun little guessing game as to whether or not the fire-hazard pods will grant you access.
