Also minimum cash out is $20, I got to $19.11 and every survey just disappeared and haven’t had one since (3 months). From last one month, I have been speaking to their customer support trying to rectify my account. The only response that I received from this great customer support agent - Nachiket - you need to update your profile. Standard copy and paste for every query. Even provided than the screenshot of my account that I don’t have anything to update on my profile and I have not received any survey from last one month., the response remains the same . I cannot imagine how such companies are even operating in Australia .
