You don’t reply to my emails and the prepared questions are all ‘it’s your fault’? ### 2/5 — Serious Problem with the Platform *2026-05-18, version 3.22.1* I have been with Pureprofile for few years and it is one of the most fair paying platform for survey. The survey will keep coming up on my feed. However, for the past few months or years, I have been providing them feedback on this dodgy survey partner, samplicio or zampli or its affiliates. They didn’t listen to me and the response was Pureprofile has no control. You own the platform but you don’t have control? What a joke. ### 1/5 — linking bank problem? *2026-04-22, version 3.22.1* I have filled in my bank detail, precisely. However the app would always say that it could not validate this form? Why? Absolute waste of time istg ### 2/5 — Not the best *2026-03-28, version 3.22.1* Great app however when transferring your money into your bank account or PayPal account it takes up to 30 days. Compared to other survey places it’s deposited right away. ### 1/5 — Answer surveys. Often screened out after five minutes which captures so much personal info. Also minimum cash out is $20, I got to $19.11 and every survey just disappeared and haven’t had one since (3 months). Created my account , provided them my phone number and email for them to sell this to third party and now they don’t have any surveys . From last one month, I have been speaking to their customer support trying to rectify my account. The only response that I received from this great customer support agent - Nachiket - you need to update your profile. Standard copy and paste for every query. Even provided than the screenshot of my account that I don’t have anything to update on my profile and I have not received any survey from last one month., the response remains the same . I cannot imagine how such companies are even operating in Australia . These companies and their customer service agents should be banned. ### 1/5 — This is a scam App with a customer service bot. Do not download. Waste of time!! ### 1/5 — Fake company , sell your personal information to third-party *2026-06-13, version 3.22.1* This is one of the most pathetic platforms that I have ever seen. First they give you peanuts by asking you to fill half hour long service for less than two dollars. That comes out to be less than five dollars per hour which is way low than Australia’s minimum wage rates. Even if you spend your free time filling up this, your account is suspended when you try to redeem that money that you have tried to earn. They will only issue you your gift cards when you submit your PII, including driving license and passport details screenshots over the email. They don’t have any secured server where they can authenticate anything but rather asking the customers to share their personal details over the email. Which obviously is going to be used for selling to the third parties to earn money. Guys, please be aware. They are fake company trying to get personal information from the users to sell it for their profits. ### 1/5 — Scammmmm *2026-05-31, version 3.22.1* Haven’t received my first payout it’s already been 6 days I tried to contact support but haven’t heard from them ### 1/5 — Faulty Surveys and Poor Customer Service *2026-05-27, version 3.22.1* I actually like doing surveys. However, you have to be prepared to put up with a lot of poor practice. I wrote some time ago about poor screening. That hasn’t improved. Now, when I report faulty surveys ( and the frequency is increasing) I get a dismissive, generic customer service email that simply says, ‘sorry’, move on to the next survey. For a company that boasts 25 years in business, I am amazed it has lasted so long. I have a current complaint that has not been addressed, yet I received an email asking for my feedback on the issue. Oh dear, what a mess is Pureprofile. So, beware if you decide to go with this app. ### 1/5 — Terrible product *2026-05-21, version 3.22.1* Half the time the surveys don’t work, or worse freeze and stop working close to finishing. My final straw was taking nearly 2 hours to complete a survey for $12 and never got paid. I loved cashing in my money for vouchers.
