Now I have to fight to get my money back for a service I never received. I was charged twice, and although the support agent acknowledged that I had been charged twice, the interaction was unnecessarily difficult. I clearly asked for one charge to be refunded, but the agent tried to push an account merger and an additional subscription instead of simply resolving the duplicate charge. Eventually, I was told that the refund had been processed and would take 5–7 business days. The fact that I had to repeatedly ask for a straightforward refund after the duplicate charge was already acknowledged is frustrating. Overall, a very poor support experience.
