PureWarmth with KOHLER Konnect pairs with the PureWarmth Heated Toilet Seat to provide customizable settings that create a more luxurious experience.
Use the app to name and control multiple PureWarmth Heated Toilet Seats, choose between low, medium and high seat temperature, pick from a wide array of colors and brightness levels for nightlight, and schedule when the temperature and nightlight will turn on and off. App worked for about six months, but suddenly will not connect and warmth settings have changed. Cannot connect, cannot add device again. The KohlerKonnect app does not list this seat as an option, only the pure water option. Help!!!

Installed a PureWarmth seat about 2.5 years ago.  Initially, the app worked as advertised; however, at some point in the past 1.5 years it has failed completely.  When I attempt to repair the device, it appears to do so and then goes to the app’s “Name the Device” screen.  However, the “loading” blue-circle-of-death never goes away and eventually the process times out.  Every.  Single.  Time.  

I see Kohler has a KohlerKonnect app now.  I’m wondering if they’ve consolidated all there devices on that one.  If so, maybe a notification saying so?  I’m going to try downloading that one.
