App worked for about six months, but suddenly will not connect and warmth settings have changed. Cannot connect, cannot add device again. The KohlerKonnect app does not list this seat as an option, only the pure water option. Help!!!
Going to try deleting and reloading this app.

Installed a PureWarmth seat about 2.5 years ago.  Initially, the app worked as advertised; however, at some point in the past 1.5 years it has failed completely.  When I attempt to repair the device, it appears to do so and then goes to the app’s “Name the Device” screen.  However, the “loading” blue-circle-of-death never goes away and eventually the process times out.  Every.  Single.  Time.  

I see Kohler has a KohlerKonnect app now.  I’m wondering if they’ve consolidated all there devices on that one.  If so, maybe a notification saying so?  I’m going to try downloading that one.

When more than one use pair the device and one user adds a schedule, it stops working. Meaning the heat is indicated as on but no heat. And the scheduled heat doesn’t doesn’t produce heat either. Have to restore the device to factory and add two users without a schedule for it to work.
