## What is Purist Coffee Espresso Timer?

We exist to help you make better coffee. That is why we have developed this tool - to help you get the best out of your beans.

The Purist Coffee Espresso Timer is your ultimate tool to pull perfect shots time and time again. 

Create a profile that best suits the coffee you are currently brewing, storing information such as time of extraction, grams of coffee & shot glass used. Seamlessly switch between different presets that you have created if you find yourself requiring different extraction times in a short space of time. When you are ready, hit "start" and watch your shot play out exactly how you intend it to be - creating the perfect consistent reference to measure your shots against.

This is a very simple, yet effective tool to ensure consistency (and therefore quality) in your espresso shots. Give it a try!
