Inexplicably, this app lacks that basic functionality. Attempt attempting to look up a tracking number enters you into a conversation with a chatbot that does nothing except to give you an estimated delivery date and allow you to opt into emails. No package details are visible outside the chatbot conversation and disappear when the window is closed. This benefits nobody. Am I now expected to save every tracking number somewhere else and individually feed each one into the chatbot every time I want an update? The app used to maintain a list of my shipments. Now it remembers nothing. If I have multiple packages in transit, I have to keep track of every tracking number myself instead of opening the app and seeing a summary. This isn’t an improvement, it’s a significant step backward in usability. A dashboard and a chatbot serve different purposes. A dashboard lets me see everything at a glance. A chatbot only answers questions about a single shipment after I’ve already supplied the tracking number. Until this is fixed, I’ll prioritize retailers that don’t use Purolator when I have a choice.
