Very laggy, very slow. Purp has become a microtransaction-riddled advertising service. In recent updates, the devs have added lots of uncloseable popups, prompting users to buy gems at discounted prices or subscribe to purp+. On top of that, you have to watch ads before you can get gems from the daily rewards section. The purp dev team has become greedy and arrogant. Don’t support this type of behaviour. I've never done anything bad on purpose in the past and confused why this happened. ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE SUBSCRIPTION *2026-09-01, version 6.5.0* This app is pretty fun, but if you buy a subscription, it will act like you didn’t and still require you to spend more money on gems in order to add friends. There seem to be 3 different subscriptions, purp +, pop, and ultra. If you purchase +, the option to purchase it disappears as if it never existed, and is replaced with pop & ultra. You also won’t get any perks the subscription claims. If you then purchase ultra (after already having paid for +) the reverse happens. This is either horrible app Developement, or a scam. Don’t waste your money like I did. Using the ‘restore purchases’ option does nothing btw. I also tried restarting the app multiple times, and even went as far as deleting it and reinstalling. ### 1/5 — Antes era melhor *2026-09-01* Eu usava o aplicativo antes e era ok. I decide I would delete that app, but recently I downloaded it again… when I attempted to login, it said my account was banned. I didn’t have the app to do any wrong. I suspect it was because I was inactive, but due to me being on iPhone. I can not make a new account. I have emailed multiple times and still no response in the time it has been. I am hoping a 1 star review will get someone’s attention! The app didn’t let me write an appeal, the app didn’t explain what I did, my profile didn’t have any NSFW, harmful or offensive things, I didn’t even message anyone. I’ve heard similar experiences from others.
