It was not a psychic reading, she did not provide any clarity and it was more of a tone deaf pep talk than anything else. I tried my best to interact with her and express how I was feeling and what I was seeking but I ended up leaving the interaction early because it was a waste of time. On their app, they have a satisfaction guarantee that you can use when talking to a new advisor. It says they can credit you up to $50 dollars if you are not satisfied. The first customer service representative responded asked for more info and then never followed up after I provided said info. I had to reach out again to customer service only for them to downplay my experience and not credit me the full amount of what they were able to do.
