Most of the time these people are inexperienced and they are not psychic they are card readers which the cards go by the current energy and could change min by min to day to day and week ti week. I never liked card readings and the majority of them do not know how to read them accurately. I have had many of them tell me that this your person, you’ll marry him to nothing ever happens and then it’s oh they changed or you weren’t compatible. Didn’t you see it from the first time I asked this question? For the price of every minute reading is not justifiable, everyone works hard for their money nowadays. For customer like me, I would like the ratings or the reader to be rated within a month given the result can’t be achieved instantly, the reading is just how it was delivered or answered eventhou we don’t know the outcome of it yet. Note to the IT developer. The new for ruined everything 1. I can’t see my favourite reader if online or not as the set via mobile phone is to swipe from left to right, before it’s clear if the reader is only and what services was provided. 2. Ratings should not be removed, if a good reader is good ofcourse they stay but a bad reader needs not to be in the platform, same with bad customers who are crazy as well , balance reviews helps any new customer. 3. I hope reader should use real name like psychic Josie etc not all those crazy aliases or they can have that tag name but real name should be shown Update : I hope you bring back the old format of checking who I connect with before and did not give any review coz it’s awful. After reporting another advisor for harassment, I was met with a confusing and defensive tone from the first staff member I spoke with. I pushed back and set a firm boundary—and while I was direct because of the stress of the situation, the management response was completely disproportionate. Instead of de-escalating, a manager impulsively suspended my account and labeled me 'unprofessional.' I was forced to use strategy and 'put on an act' just to get my account back and protect my finances. The most frustrating part? When I recently brought this to the owners, they admitted that I hadn't actually broken any guidelines. They essentially acknowledged I was wrongly suspended, yet to this day, I have never received an official apology for the mistake or the financial jeopardy they put me in. The staff even tried to pivot to casual chat about birth charts afterward, showing a total lack of professional boundaries. There is a clear culture of favoritism and a lack of integrity when it comes to admitting staff errors. Also, they finally just recently (not when the incident with the other advisor who kept coming to me) added the ability for advisors to be able to block and each time you can put the reasoning but yet will still pester you about your reasoning for wanting to protect yourself and business…and I believe they mess with your visibility. ### 1/5 — I really enjoy this app ! *2026-04-27, version 7.15.0* Purple ocean has many different talented and gifted people . Many of the featured readers have really helped me and given me great advice ! LOVED THIS APP WHEN I FIRST used it and spent a lot of money on there as well. I had remaining money left over for more readings or video calls and when I went to go use the app currently it’s frozen or not active anymore.
