If you get a call, good luck getting your audio back. Just did it again and I can't go back to where I left off. HORRIBLE APP. The content provider provided the details needed to show it was a Purple Lite issue. I went back to Purple Lite and they copied and pasted their original e-mail saying it was my providers issue. I have 2 other tvs up and running with the content provider.
