Just bought tickets thru a web browser, then saw there is an app. Could not use my log in so checked with support. Oh wait the app does not work for ticket buyers only promoters…

So, promoters using this service expect their customers to carry around sheets of paper tickets in 2025? Welcome back to the 90’s. I suggest you promoters choose a different company
