This is the third year using the website. I’m still as confused about it as I was last year.  I tried sending out a link from the team page to my team but they weren’t able to open the link. The site is very frustrating. Do I have to do everything on my laptop??

This isn’t working, I tried to download the app and it says open, once in there I can’t do anything. Would like to recruit team members and have a link to share. It’s just not working and my husband who is a survivor is just as frustrated and ready to give up.

It’s too difficult for team members to register for the event. People are able to donate, but they can’t register easily. You really need to make the site easier to navigate.

So I am clearly registered and am a team captain but when I use the ap to log in it says I am not currently registered for any event. Um... Do you want me to raise money or not? Please fix this.

This is the second year using the website. I’m still as confused about it as I was last year.  I tried sending out a link from the team page to my team but they weren’t able to open the link. The site is very frustrating. Do I have to do everything on my laptop??

The app is not user friendly. 
It doesn’t refresh and sometimes when you enter it doesn’t show all the teammates that were previously listed.  
I also wish I could click on teammates names and see who all donated under there name.  The website isn’t very user friendly either.

This could be such a useful tool. I’m walking in 2022, but have experienced the following:
- won’t connect to Facebook to create a fundraiser 
- wouldn’t save the personal story I wrote
- needs social media icons and assistance 

Please improve this for 2023.

Been using this App for 2 years. I wish it did not sign me out. Keep me signed in forever. If it works that way for financial institution Apps, I think CharityDynamics could do the same.
