I’m failing drug screen me nobody cares because my doctor doesn’t at a word. I need to be held accountable but nobody is doing that so I continue to use. I know it’s not in them but me but they should have some kind of counseling. Thanks for reading. ### 5/5 — this is life changing *2023-04-07* i’m so excited about this. i have a case manager i can chat with anytime. i have a super nice dr. i never have to go to a clinic for 5-6 hours sitting waiting for my medicine around a bunch of people who aren’t serious about getting sober. all i have to do is keep up with my dr visits and i get my meds! ❤️ it’s all online. holy cow. i only had to go somewhere once, to get a drug screen the first time. after that, never. they even have an option for you to have it delivered to your door. this is gonna change so much, so many more people are going to be able to get help with this! i’m so happy i could cry. ### 5/5 — Best app ever *2023-03-27* I need to tell everyone that this app has saved my life literally. Then had to wait months again. I told them how I felt neglected as a customer and that I wasn’t using their services and they continue to harass me after I told them I wasn’t using them. Don’t waste your time. Use Psychology Today to find available practitioners in your area. Since the pandemic more and more people are going the Telehealth route so what they are doing here is nothing special…(and they can’t even coordinate services to begin with). ### 1/5 — Terrible Communication *2024-04-24, version 2.5.6* Says they will assist for other things like ocd treatment but only will do 15 min appointments where the provider says “you sound fine” than ghost you for months ### 1/5 — horrible app and even worse ‘care coordinators’ *2022-10-27, version 2.3.3* this app is so user un-friendly that the people responsible for designing it should serve a prison sentence. it constant glitches, has no notifications, and the inability to pay a balance due on the app is only the beginning. care coordinators never coordinate care, doctors fall off the app unannounced, and i only ever get actual help from calling customer service. this app seems like a money laundering front ### 2/5 — App is great but the staff is something else *2023-03-27* The app is great but the staff is not that great. Incompetent is a word I’d use to describe them especially the case coordinators that set up your appointment and drug screenings. I’m surprised anything really gets accomplished. My last coordinator caused me to have to redo my screenings 3 times and eventually asked me to go to a physical place to take a test I just withdrew from the program bc if I’m going to have to go to a physical doctor to get stuff done I’ll just go with a local provider. ### 2/5 — Notifications *2022-11-27* Can not get any notifications from the app. Also the employees quit this company too often. Tamela goes above and beyond for her patients and not just from a doctors standpoint either. Very understanding and compassionate. I’ve had a few different care coordinators but by far Rachel is awesome. She also is so helpful and actually does her job, she assists you with making appointments but also researched for me to receive help when I was homeless. If it wasn’t for these 2 women idk where I’d be.. wait yeah I do, I’d be in a ditch, dumped on the side of the road, or 6ft under, I’d be once again hopeless and would still be the same, sad, broken, damaged and guarded little girl I was when I came to here to get help! So thank you PursueCare for saving my life and countless others, just for everything you do, going above and beyond for the patients. 10/10 would recommend any lost soul just try this program, I guarantee you won’t regret it. I was addicted to pain pills and I was just finally tired, tired of spending money I worked so hard for to just be gone in a day or so… with having children I didn’t have the means to go to a clinic, I have two small children and at the time no vehicle to transport me to a clinic… A friend told me about the app and from the day I downloaded the app my life truly changed for the better, immediately I sent up a appointment witch I got the next day I got assigned to a care coordinator who then sent me the mouth swab kit and it only took 3 days for them to receive I got my medication within a week of downloading the app! Purdue is convenient and it works for me and my life ! I have a amazing care team I get help with my mental health along with my addiction treatment and my psychiatrist also treats my depression anxiety my sleep problems and my adhd ! I have been with pursue almost 5 years and I am so glad I made the decision to get clean and go with pursue !
