Free with your membership at Pursuit Fitness.  The personal trainers will creat a customized workout plan for you that you can access right from your phone.  Also has a calorie tracker with a FREE BARCODE SCANNER!   When you mark a workout complete or track your food, your trainer will see your progress and can hold you accountable on your free monthly check ins.  This makes a lot more sense than an online training program and is more affordable.
