Now that the subscription has expired, I tried to renew it for $49.99/yr and was informed that my current truck system and app are no longer supported. I guess I’ll look for a different vendor. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work all the times *2021-09-13, version 2.12.01* This app doesn’t give accurate information every time. It’s frustrating ### 1/5 — Worthless application *2021-07-18, version 2.12.01* This came on the vehicle I just purchased and it is completely worthless, my assumption is it is for the dealers that have to recover repossessed vehicles. I checked it out and it showing the vehicle in my garage is 4 houses down in my neighbors garage. It was last updated 1 year ago. In its current state, it’s useless. It does not update you or alert you very well. The user interface is confusing. I wish I haven’t wasted my money on this product. I am going to point my dealer in the direction of these awful reviews and hopefully get them to stop selling this snake oil. ### 1/5 — Not accurate *2021-02-03, version 2.8.0* This never updates correctly. This came free for 3 years with the car. And rarely works. Crap app *2019-08-31, version 2.7.1* Horrible. Does not update when needed and sends alerts when car is already gone or has been parked for hours. Refresh works when it wants to. It could be 3-5 hours before it refreshes correctly. I live by the border, my car could easily be in another country before it showed where it was. Complete joke of an app and system. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2019-07-13, version 2.7.1* My dealership sold me on this as I could track my vehicle in almost real time. The app hasn’t updated the location of my car in over four months. The last time this happened I had to submit a contact request on the website because there isn’t a customer service number. After a week of back and forth emails the app worked for all of a week before stopping again. This app is garbage and I’m sad that I paid a premium for it with the purchase of my new car. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your money! *2019-06-11, version 2.6.1* Bottom line...Do not buy! Most recently, not sure if it was an app update or what but I am receiving security alert massages three or four times a day and I don’t have the notification turned on. Sometimes the vehicle will be parked and I will get an alert. I can see the vehicle on the security cameras and no one is around it or has been for hours. Since I purchased this system over a year ago the vehicle location is hours behind. I have been at my office for 5 hrs and the vehicle location still shows the vehicle is at my house. The Trip function is sketchy. Looks like it only show where the vehicle has stopped. So the lines from point to point are just straight lines. Does not show the actual routes taken to each point. A waste of money in car installation I had it install by a professional shop It uses T Mobil and maybe that is the issue. If in your area TMobil is not available or with poor reception......you ll be out of luck. The remote only goes so far and when you live so high up and the parking garage is so far down you can not start the car in your home.It stinks to get into a freezing cold car .
