## What is Push?

Push – All Out is a fast-paced fitness strategy game where every decision affects your finishing time.

Choose your athlete:
• Balanced — even running speed and station power
• Runner — faster runs but slower stations
• Powerhouse — stronger stations but slower runs

Complete eight rounds combining 1 km runs with challenging workout stations:
• SkiErg
• Sled Push
• Sled Pull
• Burpee Broad Jumps
• Rowing
• Farmers Carry
• Sandbag Lunges
• Wall Balls

Select Control, Push, or Attack during each run. Faster efforts save time but consume more energy.

At each station, tap the Power button to make progress. Your tap power changes with your energy level, so pushing continuously is not always the best strategy. Rest to recover, use your three energy gels wisely, and activate Second Wind when your energy becomes critically low.

Complete all eight stations, improve your finishing time, and beat your high score.

Features:
• Strategic energy-management gameplay
• Three athlete styles
• Three running effort levels
• Eight different workout stations
• Energy gels and recovery mechanics
• Personal best time and high-score tracking
• No account required

Push – All Out is an independent entertainment game. It does not provide fitness or medical advice.
