### 5/5 — Great time killer, brain killer training!!!

*2021-04-27, version 1.5*

Just play it and we will have similar opinions.

### 5/5 — Fun game to while away the time

*2021-03-15, version 1.5*

Lots of time consuming finger slamming gaming.

### 5/5 — Old game still entertaining!

*2021-02-10, version 1.5*

Great iteration of an old game to keep the brain sharp

### 5/5 — Love the game

*2020-11-03, version 1.5*

But for people that’s never played some instructions needed.

### 4/5 — Good but a little help, please.

*2020-09-01, version 1.5*

I was pleased to find this brain teaser. I played a game on the Mac back in the 90s that was based on this, and I loved it. The only way to make it better I think would be to create a short “Help” link to explain the rules, operations, and rewards of the game. That would make it 5 stars for me I think.

### 4/5 — Fun puzzles, terrible controls

*2020-07-08, version 1.5*

All motion is accomplished via on-screen arrows. Very difficult to use for my old trembling fingers. Instead of solving a logic puzzle, I spend most of my energy trying to punch arrows. I have seen a control system for this sort of puzzle games that I call HERE/THIS controls. Tap an empty space to send the guy to HERE and, if there is path, the guy will find the shortest path to reach HERE and then will go to that space. If he is standing next to box, tap on the box to push THIS. He will push the box one square, the same as he pushes now. Adding the HERE/THIS control option would make this a perfect game.

### 4/5 — Mostly good but a few improvements needed

*2019-11-25, version 1.5*

Love the game but the reset button needs to be moved up some, so I don’t hit it accidentally. Also, can’t seem to adjust the volume.

### 4/5 — Nice game

*2019-11-16, version 1.5*

I like this game very much because it is challenging but relaxing at the same time. I like that you can undo moves and thus experiment. My one criticism is the undo and reset buttons are too close to the move buttons. I accidentally hit them sometimes. Please move them further from each other!

### 4/5 — Classic game well ported.

*2019-09-21, version 1.5*

Sometimes the move buttons didn’t respond but otherwise very good.

### 5/5 — A true puzzler and very few ads.

*2019-08-31, version 1.5*

I’m showing my age, but first played this on floppy disk. This version is great and very few ads, which I appreciate!!

### 5/5 — Beautiful game

*2019-05-29, version 1.5*

I remember this game many many years ago and I was looking around and finally found it no sure if it’s from the same original company but definitely work as the original and it’s so much fun thank you!

### 5/5 — I love this game!

*2019-05-03, version 1.5*

This game is older than me and the developer has done an outstanding job bringing it to life on the iPad and iPhone. This game helps sharpen your brain while also driving you a tiny bit crazy. Download it and enjoy!!

### 1/5 — Impossible

*2019-11-01, version 1.5*

This is just plain ugly. If you want to bang your head against the wall trying to solve puzzles for which there are no solutions, then this is the game for you. Otherwise, don’t waste your time. I personally take offense at game creators who introduce unsolvable puzzles, and I was supremely frustrated trying to solve the first puzzle, which has no solution. I went on to the second puzzle, which also has no solution. If it were possible to snap my fingers and rid the world of this app, I would do so. It is simply not right to lure people into the trap of spending time trying to solve a puzzle that can’t be solved. The producers of this app should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I am deleting this game and never looking back.

### 2/5 — Wanted to Like This, BUT...

*2018-01-07, version 1.5*

The design and movement controls are from a decade ago and they “award” you stars (determined by the number of moves you take. I don’t do puzzles to be judged or timed. I do them while watching TV to cut down on the boredom. Slow moving.

### 3/5 — Mixed bag

*2022-10-08, version 1.5*

This game is inconsistent. Some puzzles at the beginner level are unsolvable, yet I managed to solve the highest level, 800, puzzle at the professional level.

All in all, it is a fun and stimulating logic puzzle game.

### 3/5 — Fun and simple

*2021-10-04, version 1.5*

Brain Stimulating game that can be played bits at a time. Controls are a bit clunky and require too much tapping. I’d preferred a long press to push to far side, or double tap a spot on the screen to get him to walk there when not pushing a block, etc to move a bit more quickly.

### 3/5 — Not all levels work

*2020-12-29, version 1.5*

Very challenging and fun. Not all levels are workable though even from the very first move. I’m 20 level into the General level and 2-3 of them are impossible.

### 3/5 — Great, but could be improved

*2019-01-18, version 1.5*

Great game and app. Would be awesome to have an option for hints when you can’t figure out how to get past a puzzle. I know some may say that defeats the purpose, but seriously. I don’t want to spend inordinate amounts of time trying to figure out a solution. Put some controls in place, require a certain amount of time, or certain number of resets, only give a lower rating or something, just provide a way to eventually give up and get a hint or even the entire solution.

### 4/5 — Early experiences

*2023-01-08, version 1.5*

May award higher rating after 3 months.

### 4/5 — Fun game but frustrating button location

*2021-09-28, version 1.5*

I love this game but I’m always accidentally hitting the reset and undo buttons on my iphone. I would love it if the developers could move thise buttons further from the arrow buttons. Otherwise great game for taking your mind off other tasks and doing a little mental gymnastics.

### 4/5 — Close enough to Kwirk to satisfy.

*2021-04-25, version 1.5*

It’s not exactly Kwirk, but it’s pretty close. Gameplay is pretty smooth, doesn’t seem glitchy.

### 4/5 — Save number of moves

*2020-11-09, version 1.5*

Would be better if number of moves was recorded so that a better solution could be found at a later time. Then the better solution should be recorded in the game again so that possibly an even better (or best) solution could be found in the future.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Entertainment for your brain

*2022-09-05, version 1.5*

Your eyes tell you “ impossible” but you know it’s solvable so you dive in and 💥! You solve lt! Then on to the next one.

### 5/5 — Review

*2022-08-15, version 1.5*

Push Box has been a very interactive and mentally challenging game for my family. The professional puzzles are usually the smallest, but require more logic. Overall, push box is an excellent game to play with family when you are bored and is great for all ages!

### 5/5 — Very interesting

*2022-08-01, version 1.5*

Good for all levels of skill. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Very challenging

*2022-06-24, version 1.5*

This game is definitely a challenge if you like solving puzzles!

### 5/5 — Mentally centering, quiet logic

*2022-05-29, version 1.5*

The Push Box version of sokoban is a great game which I find mentally centering, but not addictive. Working out the puzzles with logic and logistics is challenging and fun!

### 5/5 — Great puzzles hours of fun

*2022-04-21, version 1.5*

Having lots of fun and very challenging at only the general level

### 5/5 — Challenging and fun

*2022-04-03, version 1.5*

I like logic puzzles and these are NOT easy, and that’s what I like about it. It takes more than one attempt on several puzzles and a lot of trial and error. Good stuff.

### 5/5 — Very challenging game

*2022-01-29, version 1.5*

I’m pulling my hair off. My brain is not spinning fast enough to calculate all the possible routes.

### 5/5 — Grandma plays this

*2021-08-14, version 1.5*

Love this game because you have to think!!!

### 5/5 — Love this game

*2021-07-19, version 1.5*

I am so glad I found this game I used to play it as a child on an old windows computer. It’s much better on iOS.
