## What is PushAlarm?

The alarm that only stops when you do push-ups.

No snooze button, no "five more minutes". When PushAlarm rings, prop your phone on the floor, do your push-ups in front of the camera and the alarm goes quiet. By then you're awake.

HOW IT WORKS
• Set the time and how many push-ups it takes: 5, 10, 20, 50 or any number.
• Or choose push-ups for time: 10, 15 or 20 seconds.
• When it rings, the front camera watches your arm and counts every push-up on screen.
• Hit your target and the alarm stops.

YOUR SCHEDULE
• Repeat on the days you pick: weekdays, weekends or any mix.
• Set an end date, or let it ring just once.

KEEP THE STREAK
Every morning you get up and do it counts toward your streak, with a week view so you see the habit grow.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Push-ups are counted on your device with Apple's Vision framework. No video is recorded, nothing is uploaded, no account, no ads, no tracking.

TIPS
• Use "Test camera" once to find a good spot for your phone.
• Keep PushAlarm open in the app switcher and turn the volume up.
• If the camera can't see you, hold the bar on the alarm screen for 5 seconds to stop it (that morning won't count toward your streak).
