This is the only alarm to get me out of bed, make sure your phone is on full blast and choose a wake up method that gets your blood flowing I always do the pushups and make it a decent number not some low number you’ll just go back to sleep after. I have tried tons of different apps, alarms and even the vibrating watch and nothing helped really to get out of bed until this app! I work long hours and get home and take care of my family so when I can sleep, I sleep hard and it’s so difficult to wake up without wanting to hit snooze if I even wake up to do that. My legs are getting more toned having to do squats first thing in the morning and I just saw tonight looking at other tasks there were and they included a Bible Verse option?! I LOVE THAT.
