HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps that eat your day — social, news, games.
2. They stop opening.
3. Lay your phone on the floor and do a set. The front camera counts every rep.
   Your apps open for a while, then lock again automatically.

When a rep is missed you can see why — a live meter shows what the camera
actually saw — and you can fix the count on the spot.
