## What is PushFM?

PushFM is a push notification service that allow to send alerts to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch from FileMaker database and process notification to FileMaker Go application. 

The settings screen allows you to store default database credentials, that will handle push notification data.

We’ve been using this app for about two years and other than a couple of random glitches (which the developer took care of immediately), this app has worked flawlessly. I own a business that uses a FileMaker app that’s dependent on this push service to alert service techs, and visa-versa, so we have to have an app like this one that we can depend on.

Use this script step in FileMaker:
Open URL [ With dialog: Off ; "pushfm://version?prefix=fmp&dbname=yourDBname&script=yourScriptname" ]

Where:
yourDBname - the name of your database, that will receive version number,
yourScriptname - the name of script, that will receive version as a ScriptParameter

fmp prefix could be adjusted to your iOS SDK apps prefix

Added the ability to receive push notification token from FileMaker Go or FileMaker iOS SDK app via URL Scheme.

Use this script step in FileMaker:
