## What is Pushing Peak?

What should I eat today?

For a competitive athlete, the honest answer changes daily. A hard session needs different fuel, at different times, than a rest day. Most nutrition apps hand you one number and treat every day the same.

Pushing Peak builds a real plan for the day in front of you.

YOUR DAY, PLANNED
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the snacks in between. Each one gets its own time window and its own macro targets, calculated from your age, height, weight, sex, and sport. You open the app and the plan is already there.

TRAINING CHANGES THE PLAN
Add this afternoon's session and watch the day rebuild around it. A pre-session snack and a post-session snack appear, timed to when you actually train instead of to generic clock hours. Your targets shift to match the work you are doing. Rest tomorrow and tomorrow looks different, because it is.

FOOD DATA YOU CAN CHECK
Describe your lunch in your own words and Pushing Peak breaks it into items, then matches each one to verified nutrition data you can open and correct yourself. Scan a barcode and it reads on your device. Every number in your totals traces back to a source, so you are never guessing what you just ate.

FUEL FOR PERFORMANCE
Your targets are built to support training and growth. Growing athletes need to eat, and everything here is written that way. You will not find this app telling a teenager to eat less.

TRAIN WITH YOUR PEOPLE
Follow other athletes and see how their week is going. Profiles are simple and public by default. There is no messaging, and you can block or report any account from their profile.

MEMBERSHIP
Pushing Peak Premium costs $7.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Some clubs and coaches cover their athletes' membership. If yours does, ask your coach for a code.
For athletes 13 and older.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 2.2 — 2026-09-09

Update your weight right from the home screen.

Your daily calorie targets are built on your weight, so keeping it current matters. There is now a weight card at the bottom of the home screen. Tap plus or minus to change it by a pound, or tap the number to set it exactly. Your targets follow on their own.

Also in this release:
- Manage your weekly training in one place. Open Settings, then Account, then Weekly Schedule to see every repeating practice, turn a whole pattern on or off, or edit one.
- Skip a single session without deleting it. Open the menu on a session and choose Skip. Its calories come off that day right away, and the same menu will Un-skip it.
- A rebuilt Add Schedule screen with a clearer day picker.
- Fixes and reliability improvements.

### 2.1 — 2026-09-03

Try Pushing Peak free for 1 week.

New members can now start a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan. The paywall shows how long the trial lasts and exactly what you pay when it ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.

Also in this release:
- Updated disclaimer, terms, and privacy wording, including how long we keep AI food-logging accuracy records and how the free trial works.
- Fixes and reliability improvements.

### 2.0.1 — 2026-09-01

This update fixes a problem where the app could stay on the loading screen after opening, if your connection or our servers were slow to respond. It now opens straight to your plan and catches up in the background.

Also in this release:
- Sign out is now available from the subscription screen.
- Signing in tells you when a code has been requested too many times, instead of doing
  nothing.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-29
