## What is Pushpa Health?

Pushpa Health is for the person in the family who keeps track of everything.

The one who remembers which tablet your father takes at night. Who holds on to your mother's last three blood reports. Who books the follow-up, asks the doctor the extra question, and quietly worries between visits.

Pushpa gives that person one place for all of it.

EVERYONE IN ONE APP
Create a profile for your parents, your children, your partner, or anyone whose health you help look after. Switch between them in a tap. Each profile keeps its own reports, medications, conditions and reminders — no mixed-up records, no separate logins.

REPORTS THAT MAKE SENSE
Upload a lab report, prescription or scan and get a clear explanation of what each number means. What it measures, whether it's in range, and what changed since last time — in plain language, so you can explain it to your family instead of Googling it at midnight.

SEE THE WHOLE STORY
One reading is a data point. Twelve are a story. Pushpa charts every marker across months and years, so you can see whether your father's kidney function is holding steady or your mother's sugar is drifting — and understand why the numbers moved.

CONDITIONS, IN ONE PLACE
Keep chronic conditions organised per person. Linked markers, medications, diet guidance and recent changes, all together — instead of scattered across a folder of PDFs and a stack of old prescriptions.

NEVER MISS A DOSE
Add medications by scanning a prescription or entering them manually, then set reminders that fit the real schedule. Keep a clear history of what was taken and when, for every family member.

KNOW WHERE IT LIVES
An interactive body map connects findings to the part of the body they affect — helpful when a scan report reads like a foreign language.

DAILY ACTIVITY, IN CONTEXT
Sync steps, sleep and heart rate from Apple Health, and see daily activity alongside lab results rather than in a separate app.

ASK QUESTIONS
Ask about your family's records and get answers grounded in their actual data — not generic search results.

YOUR FAMILY'S DATA, PROTECTED
Health data is stored securely and never sold. Analytics can be switched off at any time, and you can delete your account and all associated data from within the app.

IMPORTANT
Pushpa Health provides general wellness and educational information based on your own records. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.12.2 — 2026-10-05

Cleaner Trends
• Tests you haven't pinned now show as a tidy list, each row with its own trend wave. Pinned tests keep the full card, so what matters most stands out.
• Tests with a single reading are clearly marked, and a trend appears once your next report comes in.
• Cards in Trends, Conditions and Journal glide into place as you scroll.

A fresh welcome
• A new opening screen with a soft sky, a glass flower that catches the light, and your Pushpa wordmark writing itself in.

Simpler confirmations
• Sign out, delete and leave-family prompts have a lighter, more compact design that puts the message first.

Easier setup for the people you care for
• You can now choose son or daughter when adding someone.
• Choosing "someone else" opens more options: doctor, chemist, nurse, caregiver, physio, helper, grandchild, relative, neighbour, colleague and other.

Polish
• Diet, Medicines and Conditions pages have cleaner headers.
• Clearer wording across several prompts, plus small fixes and performance improvements.

Record your doctor's visit, and read it back later.

• Record a visit. Tap + and choose Record visit, then set the
phone on the desk between you and your doctor. Pushpa turns the
conversation into notes you can read afterwards. Please ask your
  doctor before you start recording.

• Every recorded visit in one place, with a small player that
follows you around the app so you can listen again while you
  look something up.

• A gentler setup. Signing up now asks one question at a time,
with an easier date picker and a clearer finish.

• Add several reports at once during setup, mixing photographs
and PDFs. Nothing hides behind the keyboard while you type.

• We ask before we read. Attaching a report now shows the same
data consent the rest of the app uses, before anything is sent.

• A lighter look throughout: new type, softer surfaces, a simpler
add menu, and a clearer visit checklist.

• Adding and editing the people you care for is quicker.

Short version if you'd rather keep it tight:

• Record a doctor's visit and read it back later. Ask your doctor
first, then set the phone down between you.
• All your recorded visits in one place, with a player that follows
  you around the app.
• A gentler setup: one question at a time, several reports at once,
and no fields hiding behind the keyboard.
• We now ask for your consent before a report is sent to be read.
• A lighter look throughout.

### 1.10.5 — 2026-09-05

Adding a medicine now takes four questions, in plain words.

MEDICINES, ASKED THE WAY YOU'D SAY IT
Tell Pushpa how you take it — 1×, 2×, 3× or 4× a day, or only when you need it — and she works out the schedule rather than asking you to assemble one. Which days of the week, and a dose that comes round every few months up to once a year, are now their own question instead of being folded into the last one, so "twice a day, Mondays and Thursdays" finally has an answer. Say when a course starts and when it stops — a number of days, or a last date — and Pushpa keeps track of where you are in it. When you're done, the medicine is there on the screen with the instruction it will remind you with, so you never have to wonder whether it saved.

CHOOSE HOW PUSHPA REACHES YOU
Profile now has a Notifications screen that asks two questions rather than one: how you want to be reached — on this phone, on WhatsApp, or a phone call when it matters — and what you want to hear about, from medicine reminders to report updates and family alerts. Before you decide, you can see those messages drawn on a lock screen exactly as they will arrive, instead of being asked to imagine an interruption and then judge it. Medicine reminders follow your answer from the moment you save it.

TELL HER WHAT YOUR RECORD IS ABOUT
Setting up now asks what you're actually managing — diabetes, blood pressure, kidney or thyroid from a grid, or typed in if it's something else, as many as apply. From that one answer the app knows which vitals to lead with and which labs to follow, before a single report has been uploaded.

PHOTOS OF ONE REPORT ARE ONE REPORT
Photograph a four-page discharge summary a page at a time and Pushpa now keeps the pages together as one document instead of filing four. While she waits she says so — waiting for more pages, not stuck — and "Done adding pages" closes it and starts reading straight away. Pick several photos at once and there's nothing to wait for at all.

WATCH THE RE-READ HAPPEN
When Pushpa is putting together a fresh read of your record, a card now sits with the tab bar and fills as she works through your visits, so a long job shows how far along it is instead of leaving you guessing. Uploads and re-reads share that one place, so there's a single spot to look.

ELSEWHERE
• An insight about your medicines now has a way out of the card, straight to the medicine it's about — and one worth raising with your doctor goes onto your visit-prep list.
• A medicine's name is editable when you correct it.
• Report lists and the report screen read more cleanly, and dates follow your region.
• Anything you log is dated in your own timezone.
• The guided tour is gentler: turning down one part leaves the rest of it alone, and each part waits for a screen with something real on it.

### 1.10.2 — 2026-08-31

Pushpa now keeps track of how much medicine is actually in the house.

HOW MUCH IS LEFT
Tell Pushpa how many tablets you have and she counts down as you log each dose, so "how many days will this last" has a real answer instead of a guess. She raises it herself when a medicine is running low, and asks once about one that has never been counted. Nothing is assumed from a pack size or from how long a prescription ran — a medicine nobody has counted is left alone rather than guessed at.

LOCKED REPORTS OPEN NOW
A password-protected PDF from a lab used to sit in your files unread. Pushpa now asks for the password, unlocks the report and reads it like any other. A locked report says plainly that it needs a password, instead of showing an explanation that was never going to arrive.

TODAY, ON ITS OWN
Today has moved out of Home onto its own screen, with your day drawn as a line from waking to bed and this moment marked along it — so what is coming up tells you when, and not only what.

WATCH A REPORT BEING FILED
Upload a bundle and you can watch each document being identified and sorted into place. Leave the screen whenever you like: it carries on in the background and tells you when it is done.

A TOUR YOU CAN TAKE IN PIECES
The guided run is no longer one long walk to be finished in a sitting. Each part now arrives on the screen it is about, at a point where there is something real on it to talk about, and none of it blocks you. Turning one part down no longer cancels the rest.

ELSEWHERE
• The body map joins each organ to the condition behind it — tap either end to open it.
• Fill in your city with one tap during setup or from your profile, or type it if you would rather.
• Signing out, leaving a family, and deleting a file or an account now ask you properly instead of with a plain alert.
• Faster thumbnails in report lists, smoother scrolling on Android, and Reduce Motion is now respected.
