My screen time is at an all time low! this app has made me stronger and fitter by replacing my doomscrolling with push-ups. At first I just thought it was just fun to earn my screen time, but now I’ve experienced how useful and beneficial it has actually been for my life! Probably the most useful app I’ve gotten in years since it has literally improved my personal life in ways I never imagined! My screen time keeps going down and also my fitness and strength levels keep on going up thanks to this app. It’s also designed super well and intuitively, and shows me analytics about how I’m progressing each week. Absolute game changer!
