Each rep and each hold second deals damage in Tower missions. • Loadout Options: Pick Full, Push-up only, Squat only, or Plank only before a mission, and fine-tune each segment's weapon for the run. • Full 40/40/20: The Full loadout auto-splits mission damage across push-up, squat, and plank for a balanced full-body fight. • Per-segment breakdown: See reps and hold seconds per weapon on the result recap and Profile Statistics, even for failed runs. • Mission Tutorial: A new pre-fight walkthrough plays demo videos for each exercise so new players learn form before battling. • Squat form checks: Heel-lift and hip-drop detection reject shallow or leaning-forward squats so only real reps count. • Reliability: Cleaner mission completion, streak commit, sync, and a lighter combat HUD.
