### 2/5 — Manque de réactivité

*2023-10-23, version 2.1.01*

Manque de réactivité pour démarrer et sourtout pour freiner la Smart Drive.

### 2/5 — Has potential, but still needs work

*2022-02-17, version 2.0.06*

The interface is clean and simple. Huge improvement over the E2 tracker. The app is sill a battery drain. The auditory notifications are not useful, and I suspect contribute to the battery drain. Same sound, no matter what: connecting with blue tooth, activating, speed setting, deactivating. The thing is binging constantly even though I’ve set it not to alert me and put the watch on do not disturb, as the frequent notifications are intrusive. Finally the same problem exists with this as with the E2: the device doesn’t distinguish well enough between a tap, a double tap, a user pushing their chair, or cracks in the pavement. If I turn down the tap sensitivity, then tapping to turn the device off at a critical point becomes unreliable.

### 1/5 — Just make a apple watch app

*2022-01-12, version 2.0.05*

The smart drive is let down by its watch, it’s awful to use, the most bugged device I have ever used. Just get it done and release it on the iWatch

### 1/5 — Achtung Betrüger permobile es gibt 2 Smart Drive Varianten

*2021-12-30, version 2.0.05*

### 1/5 — Good in theory but needs work.

*2021-10-08, version 2.0.05*

Good in theory but needs work. Major Bluetooth connectivity issues. Many times I have had problems getting the PT to connect and been left stranded. Needs some type of joystick that could control the unit. I HATE BEING STUCK WITH NO POWER!!

### 1/5 — PushTracker verbindet sich nicht mit der App

*2021-09-05, version 2.0.05*

PushTracker verbindet sich überhaupt nicht mit der App. An die Entwickler: Wenn Sie mir noch einen Tipp haben: Gerne!

Push Tracker does not connect to the App!!!

### 1/5 — As long as Bluetooth has been around you’d think…

*2021-08-17, version 2.0.05*

As long as Bluetooth has been around you’d think there wouldn’t be all these issues. Even knock-off headphones pair and stay connected easier.
I’ve had the same issue as others; says it is connected but then it can’t find it, etc. However, if you hold your mouth just right and power on and off the PushTracker watch; start and restart the iOS app; push different combinations of buttons on the watch; start and restart the entire process again: eventually it will work until next time.
How about a free upgrade to the E2.
Never did understand why the buttons on the PushTracker watch that normally comes with this thing is so incredibly hard to press without fingernails.

### 1/5 — connection

*2021-08-09, version 2.0.05*

this was a waste of money and time, first of all I can’t even get my watch to connect to the app. it always says “make sure it’s turned on and in range” when I have it literally right next to my phone. I press it over and over hoping it would connect and it always fails. second of all whenever I try to check the status on the app of my watch it says that it’s unknown so I have no clue if it’s connected or not. very disappointed.

### 1/5 — Will not connect to any iPhone

*2021-07-16, version 2.0.05*

This app fails to even connect with an iPhone.

### 1/5 — Upsettingly bad

*2021-06-23, version 2.0.05*

The idea of a smartdrive is fabulous. The mx2 was terrible, Bluetooth kept dropping out, at 6mths old it just died, it was ugly and stuck miles out from the wrist. So I paid £100+ for the ticwatch. The Bluetooth is better. The screen sensitivity is appalling - you have to jab several times to get it to do anything. To get the battery to last all day I literally have to switch it onto battery saving every time I stop. You therefore couldn’t class it as a smartwatch because in battery saving mode nothing works. It is also still bug ugly!!!
PushTracker haven’t updated the app for over 8mths. My watch now hardly ’talks’ to the app. Today apparently I had 3 trips. All of which were 0 pushes, 0 distance!!!
I am so disappointed by my PushTracker. I
Know why it’s not available on an Apple-watch - Apple would expect the app/product to work properly!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would

### 1/5 — StartDrive Control

*2021-06-15, version 2.0.05*

Develop a watch app so I can use my Apple Watch to control my SmartDrive instead of having to throw on the sluggish and poor battery life android watch included. There is no reason this can’t be done.

### 1/5 — Apple Watch app please

*2021-06-13, version 2.0.05*

When will you release an app for the Apple Watch?

### 1/5 — E2

*2021-05-24, version 2.0.05*

The PushTracker app seems to disable the tic watch features on the watch. I will continually say it’s not connected to Bluetooth but the PushTracker app says that it’s working fine. It’s very confusing. If we have to pay for $160 watch out of pocket, in some instances, I think it would be more beneficial if tic watch actually got to use all of its features. And I don’t understand why this app isn’t compatible with Apple Watch it’s kind of ridiculous really. I never had any luck with the old PushTracker and I’m having less issues with the Bluetooth on this one hooking up to the actual smart drive. But as I said you can’t use the watch full of features because apparently the PushTracker app takes over everything. I’ve tried resetting it several times and it continually does the same thing.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App won’t update

*2025-05-18, version 2.2.00*

App needs to constantly update. Updates take too long, and when the updates are not updated the smart drive won't work.

### 1/5 — I have the E3 watch and the PushTracker app on a smart phone it’s been going lovely

*2024-08-20, version 2.2.00*

I had to do my watch again because of the last update and now you’ve updated the app on the phone that says he free series and my tick watch will not connect to it anymore. I have E3 watches. I said I’m really disappointed because I love the fact that I could operate from my phone now I can’t do anything. It has to be from my watch, please sort this out as this is one of my primary devices for getting around and I paid a lot of money for them

### 1/5 — Newest update is terrible

*2024-08-18, version 2.2.00*

The newest software update has taken away the initial screen that has your information of your SmartDrive. The second screen no longer says it’s connected to the SmartDrive. I wish this app would give you the information the you get on the SmartDrive app for the Apple Watch such as battery life and distance. I use this app to upload the settings and I use the Apple Watch to tell me battery life and distance. Switching apps is a inconvenience. I can’t wait to afford to buy the Rio Firefly and get rid of the SmartDrive.

### 1/5 — Won’t connect to Apple 9 series

*2024-07-07, version 2.1.01*

Not sure what this app is supposed to do in order to connect to my watch. He website for reporting the issue as well as a quality issue take me to a website that is unsafe and unsupported so my only action is to leave a bad review and hope to get some help.

My corded connection after a year of use completely fell off at the base of the connection point and I need my watch to attend a vacation in two days. The watch doesn’t even register that there’s a supported app for the watch push tracker app even after changing it in the push tracker app to appl watch with smart drive. Not sure how I’m supposed to use my device and depend on this when it isn’t possibly to get it working from the foundation step.

### 1/5 — Drive system

*2024-05-02, version 2.1.01*

I signed up for the app and I think I was even charged for one of these two apps will not link with my machine and I am stuck in the lowest speed not very happy. Also, I got a push button and I should’ve got a turn I can’t increase my speed at all. I’m not happy with the system at all.

### 1/5 — Cant register for app

*2024-01-13, version 2.1.01*

Website is down, registering for the app fails. Idk.

### 1/5 — Problème de mise à jour

*2023-03-17, version 2.1.00*

Problème de mise à jour

### 1/5 — Verbindung zum iPhone nicht möglich

*2022-06-26, version 2.0.07*

Einfach nur schlecht und auch die Funktionen nicht brauchbar

### 1/5 — Smart drive is great, Watch is a let down

*2022-02-02, version 2.0.05*

Smart drive is great!! The watches are a huge let down. The original watch worked well, but feel apart was replaced under warranty, they aren’t very robust nor designs for users that wear it all day & bands are very friendly.
I updated my sons the watch (AU$300+), it hasn’t fallen apart but it’s extremely chunky, takes 3 to 5mins to get it working, not very user friendly, to fiddly for someone with fine motor skills, can’t see the screen out doors, it’s just huge frustrating disappointment & let down my son doesn’t want to use the smart drive anymore due to the watch…
Finally you have listen, Hopefully when he can purchase an iWatch it doesn’t a let him down.

### 1/5 — I miss the old app

*2022-01-18, version 2.0.05*

This app is so much worse than the old app was. When they released the TicWatch app & updated this app I had high hopes but all my data history was lost and the pushtracker doesn’t talk to the app at all, nothing is tracked and if it does somehow track it’s not accurate. Total waste of an app.

The old one recorded everything and worked first time.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-06-23, version 2.0.07*

The app allows you to change settings and update the smart drive easily!!

### 4/5 — Won't pair with wristband

*2017-12-17, version 1.4.00*

Tried to update the firmware to 1.4 but the app will not pair with my wristband, even though the wristband indicates it is paired by showing the check mark. After trying about 20 times I finally deleted the app from my iPhone 7 and reinstalled it. Finally it paired and I was able to update the firmware. However, it took several connections and unconnections to get the device to complete the update and show that the SmartDrive Bluetooth and SmartDrive microprocessor were updated.

I have never been able to easily connect the app with the smart drive and so I rarely ever do. I am glad that this time Max Mobility sent an email about the new version because I was 2 versions behind in updates! I hope they continue to communicate with their customers. Since these devices are not only more expensive than our wheelchairs in some cases, and an invaluable part of our daily lives, I think Max Mobility owes it to their customers to communicate better.

Only 4 stars because the app has issues with pairing. Not sure if it's just me or if others have issues as well.

### 3/5 — Control knob use

*2024-06-08, version 2.1.01*

Can't I get the journey feature with the control knob. I cant use a watch at work.

### 3/5 — Disappointed

*2024-03-14, version 2.1.01*

All I can see is my profile page and I can’t see the other screens. Please help me. I even entered the smartdrive serial number.

### 3/5 — Speed control dial

*2024-03-07, version 2.1.01*

When are you adding the speed control dial? Mine seems to really wonky. Doesn’t turn all the way off and also goes when it wants to.

### 3/5 — Dissatisfied

*2024-02-26, version 2.1.01*

This app had potential and I was really excited about it but the only thing it does is change the speed. Which is good but I wish I could use the other features.

### 3/5 — Bluetooth issues

*2019-12-29, version 2.0.04*

I have to agree with others the wrist band always says disconnected when it isn’t and just isn’t easy to use. I hope you make this compatible with the Apple Watch so we don’t need both since wrist band doesn’t work well with app or smartdrive. I mean I don’t see why you can’t easily use Apple Watch instead. Maybe it would fix most issues with app and wristband because wristband is garbage buttons are hard to use and very confusing. The app is useless since I can’t ever change setting or anything

### 3/5 — Bluetooth support needs work

*2017-09-06, version 1.0.05*

The app itself works pretty well, and it has a nice simple interface. The problem is that pairing the app with your PushTracker band is difficult, and the device ALWAYS becomes un-paired after a day or so. To make matters worse, the app thinks it's still paired, and won't let you re-pair until you force-quit the app.

### 2/5 — Confused and curious

*2024-11-03, version 2.2.00*

I’m having issues trying to understand how to get the watch to work with the wearable

### 2/5 — Thoroughly disappointed

*2024-01-04, version 2.1.01*

I’m thoroughly disappointed in this app. After signing in, all I can see is the profile page. I can’t see the journey page or any of the other pages shown on this app page’s preview section.
