### 2/5 — Was decent.

*2025-03-09, version 4.2.0*

It gets very laggy after awhile and I haven’t entered any data in months even though I have been occasionally doing push ups. It just kinda sat on my phone. I got onto the app the other day to see it has been adding inaccurate data. It said I had over 300 pushups in one day when I wasn’t even on the app. Not sure what that’s about…

### 2/5 — Will not Re-set for new year

*2022-11-26, version 3.18*

I first loved the app - very simple and was exactly what I was looking for. However, I started using the app in November last year and last years November entries are still showing in November for this year. Very annoying.

Another suggestion for improvement would be to be able to view YTD push-ups and custom range. Not just the preset last week, month, etc.

### 3/5 — Like the simplicity, but premium upgrade ad is ruining it.

*2022-03-23, version 2.12.8*

Liking the simplicity of this App so far.
Easy to enter daily push-ups as I do them, and to see weekly progress.
What I don’t like: starting today, the App has become frustrating to use as a forced ad to pay for a premium version constantly appears while trying to enter push-up data. One is forced to look at the premium upgrade ad until it times out- about 20 seconds. It reappears over & over while trying to enter one data point.

### 1/5 — Too many ads

*2021-10-18, version 2.12.8*

Was good for the first few days then the ads asking you to sign up to the premium version kill it. One ad a day, would be fine, but literally every time you navigate to another section of the free app is ridiculous. A real shame

### 1/5 — War gut - wurde ätzend

*2021-09-11, version 2.12.8*

Die App soll simpel meine Liegestütz zählen und in eine einfache Statistik zusammenfassen. Das konnte sie früher - alles super.
Nach dem Update nervt die Werbung für das Abo-Modell und man kann nichts mehr richtig einsehen.
Schade

### 2/5 — Not so Perfectly simple anymore

*2021-08-20, version 2.12.8*

Changing my rating from a 5 to a 2. This app used to be perfectly simple. Now it’s riddled with ads trying to get you to upgrade.

### 1/5 — Unbrauchbar seit Update

*2021-07-29, version 2.12.8*

Seit Update leider unbrauchbar als Free-Version. Mochte die App weil sie simpel war. Sie tut ja auch nicht viel.

### 1/5 — Ads ruined it!

*2021-07-27, version 2.12.8*

This act was absolutely PERFECT for the what I was trying to do ( 100+ push-up/day) . It is simple and works flawlessly, until now. After about a month with no issues all of a sudden their ad keeps appearing to purchase the premium version. I honestly wouldn’t mind paying for it, but they spam the app so bad that it’s almost useless now. I can’t even count up to 30 push ups without the ads popping up. It’s absolutely annoying and frustrating. I will be deleting for that very reason.

### 1/5 — New update 👎

*2021-07-23, version 2.12*

New update makes the app unusable without paying for a subscription ☹️. Such a shame, was perfect for what it was prior to new update

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2026-05-12, version 4.2.0*

The app makes you pay then now I don’t know how to cancel it

### 1/5 — not worth it

*2024-10-17, version 4.1*

who is paying £260 a year to count pushups😭. complete scam

### 1/5 — Great app when it works

*2023-09-26, version 4.1*

Been using it and working great for the last year or so. Now the days are off and workouts being added without me doing it.

Please update that app, don’t want to attempt to delete and lose data if not saved to it by cloud or what not.

### 1/5 — Can't even try the app without subscribing

*2023-01-19, version 4.1*

First thing you get is a subscription with a 3 day trial, but then £4.99 per WEEK. This option isn't shown on the store, as it shows £9.99 per year etc. No way to skip it to see if there are any other subscriptions. What a shame, such a good looking app, but spoiled by greed.

### 1/5 — “Free” app locked behind paywall

*2022-10-15, version 3.18*

Doesn’t allow you into the app without starting a 3 day free trial followed by a 16 dollar fee, unusable

### 1/5 — Update

*2022-06-09, version 3.1*

I believe this app updated and now you can only view your records from the past 7 days unless you upgrade to premium. Been using it since the start of the year and been able to go look at ALL my progress for free. Now, if I want to see how many push-ups I’ve done this year I have to pay. I understand forcing premium for certain parts of the apps, but simply reviewing the number of push-ups I’ve done should not be a premium service.

### 1/5 — Too many prompts to buy the full version

*2022-04-23, version 2.12.8*

Way way way way too many prompts telling me to buy the full version of the app. Will definitely switch over to another app

### 1/5 — Good for a week. Then ads became ridiculous.

*2022-03-21, version 2.12.8*

I started the app and it did not trigger ads at all for a week. Then it got to where so would open the app and have to look at the promo to purchase the “Premium” version of the app.

I found it annoying but decided I could live with it.

Now, however, anytime I flip through any menu of the app it triggers the ad for the premium version.

Unfortunate how obnoxious the ad pop up is. It’s actually a pretty simple/easy/nice app to use. But I’m not going to pay anything to use it and I’m not going to put up with the constant ads.

### 1/5 — History lost

*2022-01-24, version 2.12.8*

Used the app for about 2 months. Had purchased premium and randomly it lost all my history and no longer showed I was a premium member.

### 1/5 — Ads EVERYWHERE

*2021-10-21, version 2.12.8*

Any time you do anything, there is a full screen takeover ad. You want to click “hide” on the ad on the bottom of the screen? Too bad, that actually opens ANOTHER ad. Seriously I would have paid for pro if it was just maybe an ad when I open it or something, but an ad every time any action is taken? Come on. Excessive.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — All records are gone

*2023-03-19, version 4.1*

Love this app and just had my 7days streak, but for some reason all my records are gone 🤦🏽‍♂️

### 5/5 — New update

*2022-06-10, version 3.1*

This new update has fixed so many of the problems I had previously. No more ad spam. No more issues seeing the buttons due to the Instagram pop-up. It also now has more features (pull ups/squats) that actually have me considering purchasing premium when I finish my push up challenge. Thank you for releasing all these fixes.

### 5/5 — App is Great!

*2021-09-21, version 2.12.8*

This is a great app! I have downloaded the push-ups, pull-ups and squats counter. Have you all thought of creating a Dip Counter that would be great!

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2021-07-08, version 1.5*

Good to track you daily pushups.

### 5/5 — Simple and great!

*2021-06-27, version 1.5*

Easy to use and a great way to keep motivated

### 5/5 — Does exactly what it says 👍🏻

*2021-06-08, version 1.5*

Great app, just enough to keep you motivated , and really easy to use. No annoying adverts either . Simple and effective app

### 5/5 — Simple but effective!

*2021-04-25, version 1.5*

This is a no frills app but super easy to use and does the trick. You can set the number of push-ups you want to achieve each day and then simply click “add 10” “add 5” or “add 1” to work towards your goal. It also provides a stat to see your progress over time. I recommend for those wanting something simple but effective!

### 5/5 — Simple and easy

*2021-01-25, version 1.5*

No high expectations, really simple concept!

Small Change: Different Art of Push-Ups

### 4/5 — Great App

*2021-06-03, version 1.5*

Short and sweet. All I ever wanted was a push up counter. Nothing more.

### 4/5 — Simple, in a good way

*2021-04-24, version 1.5*

This is what I wanted. A simple app to track push-ups. No touching the screen with your nose silliness. No programs. Just an easy way to keep track. One flaw. It doesn’t switch to the next day when it should. I have to force quit it in the morning to advance to the next day. Please fix that!
