## What is PushUpTrack?

Put your iPhone on the floor. Do push-ups. PushUpTrack counts every rep — no hands, no tapping, no wearables. Then hold a plank, sit against a wall, and watch your streak grow.

THREE EXERCISES, ONE APP
• PUSH-UPS — the TrueDepth camera measures the distance to your face, so it knows exactly how deep every rep goes. Sink until the liquid meter hits the glowing target line, push back up, and the rep lands with light, sparks, and haptics.
• PLANK — face tracking keeps the timer honest: hold steady and the seconds climb; drift out of position and you get a grace window to recover.
• WALL SIT — lay the phone on your thighs and the motion sensors time your hold. Just keep the bubble centered.

MAKE IT A GAME
• Planky Bird — steer a bird through pipes by raising and lowering your plank
• PushUp Dino — every rep makes the dino jump
• WallSit Glider — hold your legs steady to keep the glider flying
Real exercise, disguised as arcade games.

BUILT FOR REAL WORKOUTS
• A depth target keeps every push-up honest — half reps don't count
• Works in the dark: the screen turns white and becomes your light source
• Grace windows forgive brief wobbles, so good sets aren't cut short
• Save or discard every set — nothing is recorded until you choose

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
• Today's totals, current streaks, weekly counts, and personal bests
• A calendar heat map of your entire history across all three exercises
• Syncs privately through your own iCloud to your other devices

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
The camera feed is never shown, never recorded, and never leaves your iPhone. All face tracking happens on-device with Apple's ARKit. No account, no ads, no analytics — PushUpTrack collects no data at all.

Requires an iPhone with a TrueDepth (Face ID) camera.
