Place your phone face-down. Start the timer. Do the work. The moment you cave and flip it over, a voice lets you know exactly how they feel about it.

If you do, a motion-sensing scold is already waiting. Shake it, and it gets worse. 
Finish a session clean — zero pickups — and your streak goes up.
