Putby is a home-canning and food-preservation companion — a safety-first jar log, a living pantry inventory, and an altitude-aware safe-processing reference. This update builds several things the listing already promised.

• Ferment and pickle timers are here — day counts for kraut, kimchi, kombucha and lacto-pickles, with burp and taste-check reminders. They were a free-forever bullet with no screen behind them.
• Jar labels: generate a peel-and-stick sheet from the batches you have already logged.
• Season planner (Putby+), built from your own month-by-month history and what you have run out of.
• Your savings figure now uses your currency and your own price per jar, instead of a hardcoded US $4.00.
• CSV export and the accessibility settings — larger text, dark cellar mode, high contrast — are reachable for the first time.

We also corrected two store-listing claims that promised more than the app does. It does not run an AI model, and the planner works from your history, not your region.
