## What is Putmenu?

Easy to use, order in a second!

Putmenu is a portal service that allows you to find many kinds of shops.

It is so easy to use. Choose what you want, check out online, and place an order.
Once your order is received, all you have to do is wait for a while.
As it shows the shops near you, you can find available shops in a second. *1

At a takeout-only restaurant or a food court, notifications let you know when your order is ready.
You can pick up your order without lining up and wasting time.

Also, Putmenu supports 12 languages and various online payment methods. It enables you to order and pay in your language.*2

いくら決済しようとしてもエラー表示ばかり出て全く対応出来てない

飲食店で利用。注文の度に、
・店舗を選ぶ（毎回。なんでやねん）
・メニューを選ぶ（検索操作が
重い）
・決済（毎回3Dセキュアが必要で大変面倒だった）
※PayPay対応してるらしいが何度試しても連携されず使えなかった
・決済が終わってからさらに「注文する」の操作
注文操作してる間に、受け取りのために注文番号を店員に見せようとすると詰む（注文操作を一回中断しないといけない）

とにかく1回の注文完了までに時間がかかり、食事の時間の半分はこのアプリの使いづらさについての会話となり、心底げんなりした。後発のサービスなら競合アプリの良いところをもっと真似して欲しい。回転寿司の注文パネルを見習ってください。
これを飲食店や企業に営業してる人がいるのかと思うと同情を禁じ得ない。HP見るに、多言語対応や注文のAI解析など店舗側にとっては便利なのかもしれないが、そもそも客離れ、注文数減少を起こしてしまっては本末転倒では。

都度決済とすることで「お会計」というフローを無くすことが目的なのかもしれないが、一回の食事で何回も3Dセキュアするのはかなりストレス（ビール一杯の注文でももちろん必要）。

スマホ注文自体、店側の手間を顧客に転嫁するものであまり好みでは無いものの、人手不足の昨今仕方がないかなと思っていたが、このアプリはそんな気持ちを踏み躙るクオリティ。
改善しないのであれば早nめに撤退した方が、競合アプリや導入した飲食店、何よりエンドユーザーのためかと。

もしかしてカードの請求明細も注文ごとに来るのだろうか…（これはまだ分からない）。

アプリの更新も2ヶ月前で、不具合修正などに全くやる気のないアプリ
LINEクーポンを使おうとすると、Safariで接続はプライベートではありません となる
AndroidならこのWebサイトを閲覧できますからアプリが立ち上がるけど、Safariだと アプリが立ち上がらない、iOS限定のこのバグ早くどうにかしてください
調べたら2022年、2023年にも同様のバグが起きてるから根本的に変えないと解決しない
SafariからPutmenuのアプリを立ち上げる仕組みを早く作って

急に認証が始まり使い勝手が悪くなった。出来たり出来なくなったり。
これレビューしたらクレジットカード会社に確認下さいと回答されるのだろうけど、私のカードは三井住友カードで他は認証をすんなりするのにこのアプリだけ苦労するのはなぜなぜ？
このアプリが原因と思います。

ガソリンの価格が安くなるのは良いが、QRコードスキャンするまでの画面操作が多すぎる。
UIを改善してストレス無くして欲しいです。
これだったらスマート給油じゃないですよ。ガソリンスタンドのパネルタッチの方が楽です。

対応したお店が近くにあり、灯油の予約をして店に行ったが、灯油を購入する場所には説明書がなく、従業員にどうやって購入したら良いか質問したところ、わかりませんと言う回答だった。使えないならそう書くべきだし！不信感しかないアプリだ。PayPay使えると思い利用したのに、使えないなら他の店に行った。二度と使わない。
